If cigarettes don't kill you, the price will!

I found a great solution to the cost of cigarettes... and this, I bull shit you not! My man and I were spending more than $400.00 a month on cigarettes and we decided that if we were going to kill ourselves, there had to be a cheaper way.
Luckily, we found one....First, we decided to try roll your own, so we bought some tobacco in a bag and a couple of small hand held rollers. This worked ok, after we finnally found some tabacco...(just in case your considering this.. it's called "Red Cap".. believe me, we tried many different kinds) that actually tasted like a real cigarette when ya smoked it, but the hand roller left something to be desired so we were still buyin cigarettes sometimes and not saving as much as we are now. As chance would have it, not long ago a friend of mine came and say's "I have to show you this", it was a "Top O Matic" cigarette injecting machine and ever since then we only spend about $28.00 a month total! It's an awesome feeling that I can now kill myself for the fraction of what most other people are paying!

Cat tip...curiosity didn't kill the cats, it made them come inside on demand!

Had to post this.... So yesterday I mentioned that I moved way out in the country. Well, my two cats are not aware that if they stay out at night they probably will be coyote food before the morning and I have been having a hell of a time rounding em up at sunset. Truthfully, it's been a three ring circus getting them both inside the trailer by dark. So yesterday, my boyfriend says "why don't you see if you can find a video of cats meowing and play it loud, maybe they'll come in".
So I did.. I found one on you tube, downloaded it and played it and within 5 minutes the curious cats just had to come in to see where the "meows" were coming from. I swear it worked like a charm~@

TARP WTF Big Bank CEO's get richer while the average American slips further into poverty!

    Ok. There is so much to understand about this that I don't understand, so I am not even going to try to pretend I understand... at least not yet.  So I'm just gonna  post some links below and you can try to figure it out.
     I would like to make clear one thing I do understand.  No matter how you look at it.  No matter which angle you turn it. No matter how some try to explain it away.  One thing that is a fact. 
Chase CEO Jamie Dimon took home a $17 million bonus (and even more in yearly salary)  in 2010 and he's not the only one makin big bucks thanks to the bailout paid for by the working mans tax dollars.  At the same time, Americans all across the country are losing thier homes, forcing many to become homeless for the first time in thier lives. The same Americans who's tax dollars paid for the big banks bailouts. 
I may not be able to explain it in words but I can tell you how it makes me feel..... I'm pissed!
I have more to say, but I need to delve deeper so that I say it with clarity.

The Banking Industry.  The CEO's of top banks recieve multimillion dollar bonus's on top of more than a million dollars a year salary. Now WTF... our tax dollars bail them out so they can make that kind of money.  It's B.S.!  I'll have more on this tomorrow...gotta do some research but just thinkin about it pisses me OFF!

Seriously, though... two people have died because of medicaid cuts to organ transplants to balance the budget yet the Az government was busy spending your tax dollars on things like:


• $10,000 to subsidize an outdoor festival exploring the role of sheep in the Diné culture
and

• $2,351 to underwrite the production of, among other shows, "Abraham Lincoln’s Big, Gay Dance Party."

 ...................and that's just the tip of the iceberg!

Ok.. I get it... The Governer of Arizona wants to fix the states budget at the expense of the ones who can least afford it!

UPDATE: 3/17/11 Governor releases new AHCCCS reduction plan

That's right.  If Jan Brewer, Governer of Arizona, has her way, starting October of this year, the most needy people in Arizona will no longer have health care in order to balance the budget. 
She has already cut off support for life saving organ transplants and already two people have died needlessly.
With cuts that include dropping 280,000 recipients from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System and reducing state spending to the universities by $170 million, it's no wonder she plans to increase spending on Prisons.  It probably helps her sleep at night.
The good news is there are some good people working really hard to get her out of office. They are taking signatures on petitions to Recall Governer Brewer.
To bad  Governer Brewer was not charged and convicted for that crash she was involved in while suspected of DUI.  Then she wouldn't have been able to pull the trigger on Arizona's most vulnerable residents, those who are on waiting list's for organ transplants.
